County auditor‑controller staff told supervisors on Aug. 4 that the ERP (enterprise resource planning) implementation go‑live has been rescheduled to Oct. 1 and that two consultant contract amendments are needed to cover extended implementation, training dates and post‑go‑live support. Staff said the amendments will carry the implementation and training schedule through the end of November and cover the planned three‑month post‑go‑live support window.
