Chair Rachel Nelson reported that 267 Third Street has been officially added to the Land Bank Authority’s Round Three Blight Elimination projects and that an assignment agreement for ownership transfer is in place, but the actual transfer is still pending. Project Manager Katie Gruenberg noted that environmental review findings may affect the project’s timing and costs.
