During the mayor's report, the mayor highlighted a state-level civility resolution advanced by a local pastor. "Our very own Dolton resident, Reverend Anthony Williams has been able to work with state representative Will Davis to get a state funded civility resolution approved now for the state of Illinois," the mayor said, and added that Williams "will present at some subsequent board meetings."
