On Nov. 19 the Santee School District Board placed on the consent calendar Adoption of Resolution No. 2425-06, which makes a finding under Public Contract Code 3400 that competitive bidding is unavailable and impractical with regard to contracting with CENTEGIX. The resolution appeared as Consent Item 2.10 and was advanced with the consent agenda.
