"This is not something we're going to wrap up in the next 6 months — this is going to take a really long time," a district leader said while describing plans to prioritize Weaver's high‑priority items and document assignments. Several board members requested mechanisms to ensure that board questions are answered and that responses are publicly posted to create accountability.
Board member Monica Mundy specifically raised the EthicsPoint routing problem and asked whether that could be corrected quickly; district counsel and staff said they were working to reroute reports to the legal office to preserve anonymity and enable independent review. The audit firm and district staff both said they will remain available to answer follow‑up questions as the board and staff draft specific corrective steps and timelines.
