Commissioners postpone two bids for county procurement

Vice‑Chairman Jacob McHughes moved the postponements, Commissioner Rusty Grissom seconded, and both voted yes.
The minutes do not record further discussion on the reasons for the postponements or a new schedule for re‑advertising or awarding the bids; the board simply carried the motions to postpone until a later date.
