"Condition G states that in the event of a split, subdivision or alteration in size or configuration of the parcel, the CUP shall be subject to review and may be deemed null and void by the Village Board," Cherek said. The change means any future subdivision or reconfiguration of the property could require the Village Board to reconsider whether the CUP remains valid.
The action forwards the permit; the Village Board will take the final decision. The agenda item listed the applicants as Alex and Dana Blume and identified the business as The Blume Barn. No vote tally by name was recorded beyond the motion and second recorded in the meeting minutes.
