Matthew McGregor presented the Data Processing FY 2026–27 budget and asked commissioners to approve at least a 10 percent raise for department employees to reduce turnover. He also requested extra funds for comp-time payouts and an increase to the software subscription line while reducing proposed spending for computer supplies, internet access and consulting contracts.
Tracee McKim and Cy Lootens were present during the presentation. The board listened to the justification focused on retention; no formal action was recorded in the meeting minutes. Commissioners will review these requests during the county’s budget finalization process.
