The Steuben County Administration Committee voted May 18 to appoint Brian Logsdon as Undersheriff at an annual salary of $113,510, placing the position above the mid-point of Management Grade J at Step 12. The motion recorded in the minutes states: "APPOINTING UNDERSHERIFF BRIAN LOGSDON ABOVE THE MID-POINT OF MANAGEMENT GRADE J AT STEP 12 - $113,510.00 MADE BY MR. VAN ETTEN. SECONDED BY MR. HANNA. ALL BEING IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIES 5-0."
