After a short discussion the board took a motion: Travis moved to approve and Isaac seconded; roll‑call votes by Travis, Isaac, Steve and Jake were recorded as ayes. The motion carried 4‑0 with Scott absent.
The resolution was recorded as a minor subdivision for Tennyson for Zepke; staff confirmed the plat pages and indicated no further conditions were attached in the discussion. The clerk will file the resolution and the plat with county records.
