Building commissioner: mosque permit progressing; plaza lessee evicted for lacking lease or permits

Building Commissioner James Melnik told the council the mosque has obtained a permit for a major project and the plaza has a couple of permits pending final approvals. He said he is waiting on a few items before approving the plaza permits.
