The Board voted to enter executive session at 10:10 a.m. to discuss employment of a public employee(s) under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(1); the motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler, and passed unanimously. The Board returned to open session at 10:34 a.m., with the return motion likewise approved by a unanimous vote.
