Engineer reports Phase IV nearly complete; Phase V on hold
Engineer Ryan Holcomb told the Nutter Fort council that Phase IV sewer line work is complete with two weeks of concrete/sidewalk remaining and paving to follow; Phase V is on hold. The engineer said a change order for Phase IV will be presented at the next meeting.
