Engineer reports Phase IV nearly complete; Phase V on hold

Engineer Ryan Holcomb updated the council on multiple sewer-related contracts during the Oct. 22 meeting.
Holcomb said Phase IV line work is complete; the contractor has about two weeks of concrete and sidewalk work remaining and paving will follow. He said staff will present a change order at the next meeting covering concrete steps, stored materials and quantity adjustments.
Holcomb also reported Phase V sewer work is on hold for the time being. No new dates were provided for resuming Phase V activity.
