The applicant agreed to provide a final cut sheet showing the steel attachment and materials so town staff can verify durability and corrosion resistance prior to permit issuance. "I went out today and measured and the boulder is 3 feet and it is within the property line, which it needs to be," staff said in recommending approval. The commission recorded the motion to approve, which was seconded and carried by voice vote.
