Commission finds Sandy Beach final plat consistent with prior preliminary approval

The Petersburg Borough Planning Commission reviewed a final plat submission from Sandy Beach Holdings for a major subdivision at 410 Sandy Beach Rd (PID: 01-003-275) and voted to find the submitted plat consistent with a previously approved preliminary plat. Director Liz Cabrera reminded commissioners that the prior preliminary approval was time‑limited and that the Commission must confirm the final plat matches the earlier preliminary approval before final approval.
