The Pine County Board considered Resolution 2025‑33 to appoint Kelly Schroeder as county administrator effective Sept. 5, 2025 and to approve an employment agreement authorizing the chair to sign. A commissioner moved the resolution and it was seconded; after the question, the chair called for the ayes and recorded several "Aye" responses and one explicit opposition: "I oppose." The motion carried.
