At a May 14 meeting, the Transportation Committee recommended the Board award contracts from the May 5 Township Material Letting to the lowest bidder in each group; the recommendation passed on a 6–0 roll-call vote.

Scott Stephenson distributed the results of the May 5, 2026 Township Material Letting and recommended that the committee recommend the Board award contracts to the lowest bidder in each group. Member Dale Stiles moved to recommend awarding to the low bidder in each group; Ray Elliott seconded and a roll-call vote was taken.
