Chachas also criticized roadway conditions near the Golden Gate and the Golf Course, saying the road remains narrowed to about 28 feet where the normal width should be 50 to 60 feet and lacks curb and gutter on one side. He highlighted inconsistent street names and missing directional signage, saying, "There is no signage coming off of South Pioche Highway showing the proper addressing for Cedar Park." He additionally urged that meetings be moved back to the library because "It is too hard to hear in this old Courtroom" and recommended upgrading the sound system. The commission did not take formal action on these public-comment items at the meeting; commissioners or staff did not record immediate resolutions on the listed concerns during the session.
