Mayor Vivian McKenzie highlighted the city’s newly opened Fleischmann’s Pier and outlined next steps for waterfront redevelopment. “Fleischmann's Pier was opened with great success in mid fall 20 24,” she said, noting the project cost of $5,500,000 and a pilot boat-tour program that drew more than 1,000 visitors.
