Member Mark Burton moved to approve the Circuit Clerk Salary Resolution Amendment R26-07 (Revised R22-16); Member Rex Kiser seconded. The roll call recorded 12 ayes and five nays (Jill Darin, Joseph Garrity, Kathy Nelson, James Thompson and Tim Yager); the motion carried.
