Commissioners raised concerns about runoff and erosion tied to large new construction, saying the ordinance should at least require review of potential stormwater impacts for projects that could increase runoff (manufacturing pads, large impervious areas). The chair asked staff to coordinate with a stormwater expert (Dave) and with Land and Water review to determine whether standards should be placed in the land-division ordinance or referenced elsewhere.
