Board opens and closes delinquent solid-waste fee hearing with no protests
Under KSA 65-3410 the Harvey County Commission opened a required delinquent solid-waste fee hearing at 9:30 a.m.; no protests were presented and the hearing closed at 9:31 a.m. Solid Waste Clerk Diane DeGrado said delinquency notices are mailed to properties with unpaid fees.
