The Muskogee County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously July 28, 2026, to finalize the appointment of Dan Hall as Muskogee County's Emergency Management Director. Commissioner Ken Doke moved to finalize the appointment and Commissioner Kenny Payne seconded; the motion was recorded as "Motion: Unanimous." The special meeting began at 9:00 a.m. and included Chairman Keith Hyslop and District Attorney Janet Hutson in attendance.
