Staff told the board the cooperative project delivery agreement will create a project decision board composed of county and Metropolitan Council representatives to exercise oversight at key design milestones. "We've got Ramsey County board. We've got Metropolitan Council board, but we will be implementing through this agreement a project decision board," a presenter said, describing multi-level decision checkpoints for scope, cost and schedule.
