Board adopts multiple policies; tables head-lice policy for clarification
The Pendleton School District board approved a package of policies and administrative rules on a second reading while tabling Policy JHCCF (pediculosis/head lice) and JHCCF-AR for further clarification at a future meeting.

Superintendent Kevin Headings presented a list of policies and administrative rules for second reading and adoption. Directors approved the full package with the explicit exception of Policy JHCCF (Pediculosis/head lice); Director Ryan Lehnert requested additional clarification and the board agreed to table that specific policy and its administrative rule. Director Beth Harrison moved to approve the policies (except JHCCF); Director Lehnert seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
