The county authorized a series of purchases to support public-works operations. The court approved three separate sales agreements and addenda with Warren Cat for 2025 Caterpillar motor graders, each carried by motion and second. The court also authorized a customer purchase agreement and addendum with Yellow House Machinery Company for a John Deere 644P tier wheel loader and a separate purchase of a chip spreader from the same vendor.
