The court considered and authorized a development agreement that will fund county construction of a portion of Avenue P between County Road 7500 and Woodrow Road. On the record the judge recognized the matter, a motion was made by Commissioner Dolby and seconded by Commissioner Rackler, and the court approved the authorization for the county judge to sign the development agreement with KRT Cove Development LLC.
