The Stafford MSD Board approved the District Vulnerability Assessment (DVA) Full Report following a closed-session review. During open session the board voted to "Approve as presented in closed session." The motion was made by Manuel Hinojosa, seconded by Jacqueline Jean-Baptiste, and passed unanimously (7–0).
