Stafford MSD approves Optional Flexible School Day Program for overage students

The Stafford MSD Board voted unanimously to approve the Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP) for drop-out prevention and overaged high school students for the 2025–2026 school year.
"I move to approve Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP) for drop-out prevention and overaged high school students for the 2025-2026 school year," said the motion recorded on the public agenda. The motion, made by Jacqueline Jean-Baptiste and seconded by Suzette Thompson, passed 7–0.
Board members voting in favor were President Ash Hamirani, Manuel Hinojosa, Jacqueline Jean-Baptiste, Adam Sanchez, Patricia Soza-Montelongo, Suzette Thompson and Joyce Wilkins. The approval follows an overview provided earlier by Dr. DuBose and places the OFSDP on the district's program slate for the upcoming school year.
