A procedural motion to approve the July 2 special work session agenda passed unanimously. Shawn Farrens moved and David Ligatich seconded the motion to "approve the meeting agenda as presented," and the minutes record the vote as Aye: Heather Coleman-Cox, Shawn Farrens, Kris Howatt, David Ligatich, Blake Petersen, Brenna Puderbaugh, Holly Riegelmann (Aye: 7, No: 0).
