Sheriff reports lobby office work underway; commissioners okayed adding a part-time dispatcher
Sheriff Don Jacobs said work has begun on a new office in the sheriff's lobby and requested permission to hire an additional part-time dispatcher. Commissioners agreed a second part-time position would be acceptable because part-time employees do not receive benefits.
