The Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees on July 29 approved a motion to complete a concrete project limited to the Band Hall and the Elementary building. Trustee Thomas Salazar moved to "approve to let them complete the concrete project at the Band Hall and Elementary Only," and Trustee Darrell Pullin seconded the motion. The board recorded a unanimous vote of 7-0 in favor.
