The Throckmorton Collegiate ISD board adopted a Library Collection Development Policy during its April 16, 2025 regular meeting. Board member Sandra Redwine moved to approve the policy and Kena Whitfield seconded; the motion carried with a recorded vote of Yea: 7, Nay: 0.
