Board approves amendments to Middle Cedar Watershed Management Authority agreement

The Benton County Board of Supervisors voted to approve Resolution #26-67 to amend the Middle Cedar Watershed Management Authority Articles of Agreement originally dated June 16, 2016. The 2026 amendments clarify membership procedures so eligible entities may join by adopting a resolution and signing the required signature page, add an 'Execution of Documents' clause to Section 11 to permit counterpart signing, and add Section 15 for Authorization and Signature Pages.
