At the public‑comment portion of the Aug. 3 meeting, Russell Peterson described ongoing drug activity at a boarded property he identified as 3111 Ash and urged the city to respond. Peterson said he has reported the house multiple times and described drug paraphernalia strewn across the yard and street.
