The motion to approve the one‑year extensions was moved by Jeremy Maupin and seconded by Joni VanHouten; the minutes record unanimous approval. The board entered closed session at 7:22 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 8:29 p.m., at which time it voted on the contract extensions. The minutes do not record contract dollar amounts or other employment details in the open minutes.
