Superintendent Seelke told the board that the district passed the 2024 property value study and has filed an appeal to maximize values. He reviewed campus enrollment and attendance and outlined several facilities projects: fencing near the bus barn/maintenance office is nearly complete; access control upgrades are scheduled to begin April 1; an LED project for the baseball field is planned later in the month; and batting cages are expected to be completed by the end of Spring Break week.
