Construction Manager Megan Davis asked the Board to approve the Construction Manager At‑Risk (CMAR) delivery/contract method to serve as the general contractor and provide consultation for the four new school projects included in the 2024 bond package. Davis noted this is the same project delivery method previously used for recent bond projects, including the new Waller High School and two elementary schools.
