A staff member from the State Civil Service Recruiting and Outreach Center introduced a skills-based application guide available in step 3 of the applicant toolkit and demonstrated how to use the fillable form on phone or desktop. "This is something created by State Civil Service as a tool for you guys," the presenter said.
