The board adopted Ordinance No. 25-08 to amend Section 13-4-4, Sewer Basic User Charge, by a unanimous roll call vote. The minutes state: "Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve Ordinance No. 25-08; an ordinance amending Section 13-4-4, Sewer Basic User Charge, of the Municipal Code of Bridgeview."
