At the start of the March 23 Public Safety Committee meeting, Trustee Sarro moved and Trustee Canas seconded a motion to appoint Trustee Jason Bianco as acting chair in Trustee Santucci's absence; the motion was unanimously carried. Trustee Bianco called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
