Staff told the board the district currently has $29,000,000 in projects in the state queue and could be eligible for upwards of $40,000,000 in state matching funds if Prop 2 is enacted and the funds become available.
Trustee Grant moved approval of the resolution and Trustee Mora seconded; the board approved the resolution on a roll-call vote of 6-0. Trustees and staff noted the district's eligibility depends on funded approvals from the state and that any matching award remains contingent on state bandwidth and program rules.
