The Richland R-1 Board of Education voted on Nov. 18 to elect Hollie Wheeler as board secretary until the board reorganizes. The motion was made by Mr. Jeremy Conner and seconded by Mr. Dennis McGarity; the board recorded five yeas and zero nays.
