Key outcomes from the New Haven Development Review Board meeting on July 6: Tom Fyles moved to approve Application #2026-DRB-12-CU; Tim Paquette seconded. The board amended the approval to require the final site plan map show traffic flow and to include motion-activated lighting and an emergency-hours provision; the amended motion passed 5-0. Victor LaBerge moved to close the application; Tim Paquette seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
