After reconvening from a closed executive session, the Comal County Commissioners Court approved a release agreement between David Coutache and Comal County and authorized the County Judge to sign the document. Commissioner Leacock moved approval, the motion was seconded by Commissioner Hogg, and the court approved the action by voice vote.
