Comal County Commissioners approved a line-item transfer and associated administrative costs to move contingency funds to cover the annual Tyler software subscription. Ms. Beese told the court the shortfall resulted from a budgeting mistake and asked for the additional funds; the motion to approve was seconded and carried by voice vote.
