Comal County staff told the Commissioners Court that Change Order 41 for the Public Health Emergency Operations Center increases the project by $59,723 and recommends approval. "This change order...in the total amount of $59,723," a staff presenter said, explaining the changes included owner-requested adjustments, additional power to AV racks, TV mounts, light pole modifications and added entrance lighting.
