The Silsbee Independent School District Board entered executive session at 5:13 p.m. on April 17 under Texas Government Code 551.074 to discuss personnel matters, specifically an Incentive and Recruitment Plan. The board reconvened in open session at 5:35 p.m. and Trustee Kenneth Rulon moved to adopt a resolution for the proposed Incentive and Recruitment Plan; Trustee Kenneth Fisher seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
