City Engineer Tim Parker presented two contract adjustments during the Dec. 16 meeting. The board approved a Contract Change Order Summary from A. J. Construction, Inc. adding $7,849.61 to the Eagle Post Road Overlay Project contract. The board also approved Mississippi Department of Transportation Contractor's Estimate‑Recap Sheet for STP‑7073‑00(001)1091780701, which reflected a final contract decrease of $27,066.95.
