The Personnel and Compensation Committee voted to transfer $17,039.95 from Special Funds Account #6000.804001.208508 into the Human Rights Commission operating budget to cover scholarships, an awards reception and supplies. Robert C. Sassi moved the supplemental appropriation; Michael L. Essig seconded the motion and the committee approved it unanimously.
